How do I pay for services?
Well if you are odering from the catalog you can just enter your payment information at check out. If you are ordering a creative service you can give your payment information to your sales representative.
How do you handle refunds?
We will offer a full refund or relplacement if we have made a mistake with no questions asked. If you order a customized product and it has already been printed you cannot get refund.
Do you edit video?
Simply put yes!
Where can I download the latest version of my project?
You can down any image or video from the same page you previewed it in. To download the video just click the blue triangle in the video player.
Can your crew come to our city or go on tour with us?
Yes.
Where can I get support services?
Just call us or click the call me button at the top of each page.
Where can I find/order modifications?
The modifications can be found in the comment section on your profile or your proof.
What if I have some development skills and can develop modifications or other things for The Art Department?
Join and register as an Expert and offer your products and support services.
What if have some good ideas for future films or other projects?
You are welcome to discuss your ideas! Although we do not except unsolicited scripts.
